Preventative Maintenance Agreement

A Preventative Maintenance Agreement (PMA) is a service that Northtowne offers to help keep your equipment in peak working condition.  As a PMA customer your will receive 2 seasonal inspections, one in the fall and one in the spring. Should you require a service call in between inspections, you will receive 20% off the service call (parts and labor) and be moved to priority placement above non service contract customers.  By having a professional work on your equipment you are ensuring that it is working efficiently and to manufacturer specifications.  Please contact us today to sign up for this great service.

Summary of Inspection:

(2)  seasonal inspections - (1) heating inspection in the fall and (1) cooling inspection in the spring (must be above 60 degrees to perform spring inspection).  Customer is to notify Northtowne's office of any maintenance items needed (air filters, humidifier filters) at the time of scheduling inspection so that technician can bring with them.  Guaranteed (24) hour PREFERRED service. As a service contract customer, you will receive service before a non-service contract customer.   Should you require a service call in between inspections, you will receive 20% off the service call (parts and labor).  Parts are subject to availability, if part is not in stock, customer will pay for any shipping charges.  Should you require a service call within 45 days of inspection, trip charge will be waived.  As a service contract customer, if you require an emergency (after hours) service call, overtime labor rates will be waived. Customer will be charged for normal labor hour charges.   Customer agrees to schedule inspections during normal working hours.
